Ai Siqiang Co., Ltd. announced on March 16 that it has entered into a new MOCVD system order with its new customer, Huai'an Aoyang Shunchang Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Australian Shunchang Optoelectronics"). Aoyang Shunchang Optoelectronics orders five sets of Ai Siqiang multi-chip MOCVD systems, which are specially used for the production of high-brightness LED materials.
The order includes two AIX 2600G3 IC reactors in a 49x2 inch wafer format and three AIX2800G4 reactors in a 60x2 inch wafer format. The order was received in the first quarter of 2012 and will be delivered in the second quarter of 2012. Ai Siqiang's local service support team will install and commission these new reactors in Auyang Shunchang Optoelectronics' advanced clean room in Huai'an.
