Second, the scope of the tender:
Plant-wide special firefighting projects include automatic fire alarm systems, automatic sprinkler systems, fixed fire extinguishing systems, gas fire systems, foam fire extinguishing systems, fire water automatic inspection systems, etc. The bidder shall be responsible for the design, coordination, manufacture, assembly, inspection, test, supply, installation, on-site testing, start-up, commissioning and ultimately acceptance of fire-fighting fire extinguishing systems throughout the plant in a turnkey project. The plant is safe, reliable, and economical, and is fully responsible for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, commissioning and acceptance of the entire system.
Third, the work content
The whole factory special fire engineering construction drawing design, the supply of all equipment materials, engineering construction, commissioning, third-party fire detection and fire inspection of the whole plant, until the fire department to obtain the local fire safety inspection acceptance of the entire process of the submission. The general contracting scope includes all fire-fighting and fire prevention-related contents (including tenders) of the project's fire alarm system, automatic sprinkler system, fixed fire extinguishing system, gas fire system, foam fire extinguishing system, and fire water automatic inspection system. The unforeseen expenses incurred by the tenderer due to problems with the whole plant fire protection system occurred after the party won the bid and the entire fire protection system submitted the inspection and acceptance work.
Fourth, bidder qualification requirements
1, the basic requirements:
1) The bidder must be an enterprise legal person capable of performing civil liability within the People's Republic of China;
2) The bidder should have a legal and valid business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, safety production license, quality management system certification, environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification;
3) The bidder shall have the ability to undertake the bidding project, including technical, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, performance experience, funds, etc.;
4) The Bidder shall have good bank credit, business reputation and business status, and shall not be ordered to suspend business, property is taken over, frozen, bankrupted or reorganized. In the past three years, there has been no breach of contract in any contract or due to bidders and their Subcontractors were terminated due to the reasons for the contract;
5) The bidder must provide proof of no criminal record of bribery within the validity period issued by the People's Procuratorate where the company is located or where the business occurs;
6) The Commonwealth does not accept bids.
7) The bidder's registered capital should be 30 million yuan or more;
8) The Bidder shall have both the Class A Qualification of Fire Fighting Facility Engineering Design and Construction, or both the Class A Class of Fire Protection Facility Engineering Design and Class II Qualification of Professional Fire Fighting Facility Engineering Contracting;
9) The project manager to be selected shall have a registered certificate of the first class builder registered in the bidder unit. The project manager must be stationed at the construction site, and must not work part-time on other projects. The departure and removal of the project manager must obtain the consent of the bidder. The project manager should have the coordination experience and capability of the fire protection project.
10) The bidder has at least two domestic fire safety performances of similar special firefighting projects with a capacity of 300 MW and above (accepted by the competent fire control department) with a stand-by capacity of 300 MW and above that are accepted by the fire department from January 2011 to December 2015. The contract value of performance is not less than 5 million yuan.
