The author was informed at the seminar that this year, Fujian will increase subsidies for urban green lighting demonstration projects such as urban street lamp energy-saving renovation, LED and induction lamp street lighting application demonstration projects, and extract a certain percentage of the saved electricity costs as a city road. At the same time, more channels have been given to raise funds for urban road lighting energy conservation reform. Such as striving for local budgetary arrangements, encouraging local governments to choose financial leasing, BOT and other business operation modes, and actively promoting the application of contract energy management. For energy-saving technological transformation projects using contract energy management mode, the project investment amount is over 1 million yuan, and the project is accepted. Qualified, the provincial finance will give a subsidy of 10% to 15% of the total investment, and the maximum subsidy for a single project will not exceed 3 million yuan.
