1. Wuxi New District Management Service Center and Wuxi New District Urban Investment Development Co., Ltd. Wuxi New District Exhibition Center Art Lighting Landscape Project has been approved by the New District Management Committee. It is now decided to open tender for the construction of the project and to select the contractor.
2. The outline of the bidding project is as follows:
2.1 Construction scale of the project: The cost is about 2 million yuan.
2.2 Division of the tender: a total of one tender is set up in the project;
2.3 Scope of Bidding: A full set of services such as procurement, production, installation, commissioning and 12-month defect liability period of light poles, lamps, light sources, cables, pipelines and supporting facilities within the scope of drawings.
2.4 Project funds: The funds are self-raised and have been basically implemented;
2.5 Project construction site: Wuxi New District;
2.6 Construction period requirements: The construction period is 30 calendar days; the specific construction date is subject to Party A's construction order.
2.7 The project quality requirements are in line with the 100% one-time acceptance criteria.
3. Applicant qualification category and level:
3.1 Enterprise qualification level: Urban and road lighting engineering professional contracting second or second grade construction qualification,
Qualification level of the person in charge of the project: qualification for registered mechanical construction of mechanical and electrical installation professional or municipal public professional level 2 or above;
3.2 The project manager also needs to have the “Qualification Certificate for Safety Production Assessment of the Project Construction Enterprise Project Leader” (green cover certificate), which will be checked by the tenderee when the prequalification is prequalified.
3.3 The project manager shall provide the labor contract signed with the enterprise and the “Employee Pension Insurance Manual” (with the list of contributions for February, March and April 2009) or the payment certificate issued by the social security agency in February, March and April of 2009. , checked by the tenderer for pre-qualification.
4. Any construction enterprise that has the ability to undertake similar bidding projects and has the required qualifications may apply to the tenderee for pre-qualification. Only those applicants qualified for pre-qualification can participate in the bidding.
5. All construction units and project managers who intend to register shall implement credit management in accordance with the No. 18 Document of Xijian Management Office [2008].
6. Applicants for registration must be included in the credit management system of the construction enterprise in the new district and obtain the encryption lock of the construction enterprise information. Encryption lock processing location: Wuxi New District Construction Project Bidding Service Center, processing time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 - 11:30 am; 1:00 - 4:30 pm, other time does not apply. For details, please refer to the instructions for handling information encryption locks in the construction industry.
7. Applicants who have applied for the encryption lock of construction enterprise information, please log in to Wuxi New District Construction Project Tendering Network for online registration and obtain the electronic version of prequalification documents. The registration time of this project will be from 9:00 am on May 19, 2009. Until 16:00 on May 25th. (excluding holidays)
8. The pre-qualification application form should clearly indicate the application for pre-qualification application for “Wuxi New District Exhibition Center Art Lighting Landscape Project Construction”.
9. After the prequalification application has to be sealed, it will reach the Wuxi New District Construction Project Tendering Service Center/No. 7 Changjiang Road, Wuxi New District before 9:30-10:00 am on May 31, 2009, and will be overdue or not in compliance with the regulations. The prequalification application will be rejected.
10. For bid applicants who have qualified for pre-qualification, please obtain the bidding documents and relevant materials at the specified time, place and method.
