Third, the qualification requirements of qualified bidders:

Fourth, registration and bidding requirements:
Suppliers who participate in the bidding are required to pass a valid annual inspection:

2. The original of the tax registration certificate (national tax, local tax), (copy is stamped with the official seal of the unit),
3. The original organization code certificate (copy of the unit stamped with the official seal);
4. A copy of the ID card of the legal representative
5. Original and photocopy of the ID card of the bidder.
6. If the bidder is not a legal representative, the manager must hold a legal representative’s authorization and request the original;
7. The electronic screen project shall provide the installation qualification of the project and have the same scale and outdoor facilities cases, and provide relevant contract documents;
8. The campus streetlight project needs to provide the luminaire inspection report (above the city level, including the city level)
9. Trademark registration certificate;
10, steel rod inspection report
11. Main product quality inspection report.
The above information is provided with a copy of the official seal of the bidder. It is only used for registration. The original is pre-examined by the industry on May 19, 2009. The qualified supplier approved by the pre-audit must pay the bidding electronic screen of 20,000 yuan; the street lamp is 10,000 yuan.
V. At 9:00 am on May 19, 2009, the bidding unit will be pre-qualified in the conference room on the second floor of the Finance Bureau of Fuyang City. The bidder must carry the original qualification certificate as stipulated in Article 4 of this announcement.
