The solution integrates GEO's high-power-efficient MAX64380 video compression chip with ON Semiconductor's AR0330 CMOS image sensor, and GainSpan's GS2011M low-power, Wi-Fi module on a small printed circuit board. GainSpan's GS201M acts as the system's main controller, running embedded streaming protocols and applications developed by GainSpan. The platform delivers crisp 1080p (1920x1080) HD video at 30 frames per second, leveraging the internal audio processing features of the MAX64380 to deliver high-quality, full-duplex transmission of voice and audio with on-board acoustic echo cancellation and noise reduction. The platform is an ideal, low-power, and cost-effective reference design for networked video doorbells and smart camera products. The platform's wireless interworking features and software enable direct streaming of video and audio to smartphones using iOS or Android operating systems, or via a cloud connection. The solution includes the hardware and software required to quickly and easily add video and audio streaming capabilities to their IoT-based product designs, reducing development costs and speeding time to market. GS-ADK Video + FD Audio - 1080p The ADK comes with a complete software suite and a range of sophisticated mobile application programming interfaces (APIs) and mobile presentation applications for Android and iOS devices.
