The injection molding machine is the equipment that the factory plays the role of “being home”. The quality of management and maintenance is directly related to whether the equipment can maintain good working precision and performance for a long time, which is related to the failure rate and operation rate of hydraulic equipment, and is related to processed products. The quality is related to the improvement of production efficiency and economic benefits of the factory; it should be based on the principle of focusing on "prevention" and "governance", so that equipment can be less faulty, reduce the time of downtime maintenance, and greatly improve the equipment. The economic benefits of service life, work performance and safety performance are very significant.

Second, establish and improve a number of rules and regulations for management and maintenance

The factory shall be equipped with full-time equipment management and maintenance personnel, regularly inspect and maintain the equipment, and make detailed maintenance records, which shall be done;

2. Establish inspection and special inspection systems;

3. Establish a sound and feasible maintenance system;

Third, daily maintenance

Routine maintenance refers to the operation of the equipment of the injection molding machine, routine inspection of the equipment before, during and after the use of the machine, and daily inspection records, through daily inspection and maintenance, inspection of such phenomena as leakage, pressure changes, etc., early detection Accidents and failures occur in a timely manner to prevent major accidents. Routine maintenance should be included in the responsibility system for implementation.

(1) Check before use

Check the oil quantity in the fuel tank: observe that the oil quantity should be determined within the standard oil quantity;

Checking room temperature and oil temperature: generally only in the winter and summer rainy season. When the room temperature (ambient temperature) is lower than 0 °C, the oil should be preheated; when the room temperature is higher than 35 °C, heat dissipation measures should be taken into consideration;

Checking the pressure gauge: Observe whether the pressure gauge has a serious swing of the pointer, whether it can return to the zero position and the range state;

Temperature control part check: temperature controller, temperature sensing line, heating coil, AC contactor or solid state relay, etc., temperature rise time, temperature deviation is normal.

(2) Inspection in use

When starting, the relief valve should be adjusted to the lowest pressure. The pressure adjustment handle should be loosened, and then the oil pump can be clicked to observe whether there is abnormal situation: if the pump can produce oil, whether there is abnormal sound, and whether the pressure gauge is fluctuating, etc.;

Adjust and check the adjustment pressure of the relief valve, whether it can continuously and evenly rise and fall, and then adjust to the set pressure after all normal;

Check the oil temperature, pump casing temperature and electromagnet temperature: the oil temperature is normal at 20°C-50°C, and the pump casing temperature is 10°C-30°C higher than room temperature. The electromagnet temperature rise is electromagnetic. As shown on the iron nameplate;

Oil leakage inspection: pump joint surface, output shaft, pipe joint, cylinder rod and end cap joint, fuel tank side, etc., inspection of oil leakage at the valve mounting surface, installation thread and mounting flange ;

Noise vibration check: Does the oil pump have "giggle..." sound, whether the electromagnet has "å—¡å—¡..." sound, whether the pipeline has vibration sound, whether the cylinder has impact sound when reversing, whether the pipeline is loose or not, etc. Inspection

Inspection of pressure gauges;

The operation of electrical components and the reliability of safety devices;

Check whether the fastening nuts and screws of each column and cylinder component are loose.
