In order to support the development of emerging industries in Jiangmen City and promote the scale and level of the green (semiconductor) light source industry, the “National Semiconductor Photoelectric Product Testing Key Laboratory†project submitted by Jiangmen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau was officially approved by the AQSIQ. .
According to the Jiangmen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, in recent years, due to the "low-carbon" requirements such as energy conservation and environmental protection, the technological innovation and industrial development of the semiconductor optoelectronic industry including LED (light-emitting diode) lighting has advanced by leaps and bounds. The developed countries in the world attach great importance to LED test methods and standards research, and strive to establish relevant standards systems, but they are still basically blank in China.
In the past six months, the Jiangmen Municipal Government, the Guangdong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and the Jiangmen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau have jointly formed a reporting team. The project has received the attention of the AQSIQ.
It is reported that Jiangmen City has planned 4 square kilometers of land as the core park of the green light source industry base. It plans to invest 2 billion yuan to build a semiconductor park, focusing on new light sources such as energy-saving lamps and plasma lamps, and related industrial parks such as solar photovoltaics. As an important part of the construction of supporting vehicles, the approved “National Semiconductor Photoelectric Product Testing Key Laboratory†will be built in the core park of the industrial base.
