Compared with other driver chips on the market, it has the following features:

In addition, for the screen display effect, it is also necessary to pay attention to the current accuracy. Once the current offset is greater than ±6%, unevenness will appear (left panel of Figure 6). Especially when entering the dot pitch market, the effect of current offset is greater. The application current of the small dot pitch is less than 5 mA. Taking P2.5 as an example, most of the current is controlled between 3 mA and 5 mA, but if it is pushed below P2.5, the applied current will fall below 3 mA. However, such a small current, control current offset will be a major challenge for the driver chip, currently on the market can really achieve a current output between 1mA-3mA, still maintain high current accuracy. As shown in the figure above in Figure 7, MBI5124 emphasizes that the application current is 1mA-25mA. It can be found at 1mA that all chips meet the current accuracy range disclosed in the specification. Compared with competing products, the application current range is 0.6mA-45mA, but When measured at 1 mA, a considerable proportion of defective products appear. In practical applications, the driver chip with a large current offset may have uneven current in units of driving chips, which affects the picture quality.
