3. Bidder qualification requirements

4. Registration and method of obtaining bidding documents

5. Submitting bid documents

6. Qualification review method
6.1 The qualification examination of the bid applicant shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Su Jianzhao (2006) No. 372 and relevant regulatory documents. The bid applicant shall submit a full set of qualification examination materials in accordance with the requirements of this announcement and the bidding documents. 7.1 Applicants who have bad behaviors who are suspended from bidding during the public notice period may not participate in the bidding of this project.
7.2 The project manager or the construction engineer who has the construction in progress or the winning project shall not participate in the bidding of the project.
7.3 The replacement project manager or construction engineer shall not participate in the bidding of this project for less than six months from the date of replacement.
7.4 The builder who has not obtained the registration certificate must provide relevant certificates. For details, please refer to Su Jian Guan Enterprise [2008] No. 19.
7.5 If the registration project manager or construction engineer has to participate in the bidding for other projects at the same time, it must be stated in the bidding documents. If there is any concealment, it will be handled according to relevant regulations.
7.6 Bidders should carefully consider the selection of a project manager to participate in the bidding competition of multiple engineering projects at the same time. If the bidding project manager wins the bid in multiple engineering projects, it can only serve as the time in accordance with the time when the bidding notices of different engineering projects are issued.
