Service period: 24 months from the date of determination by the service provider;
The tenderee will conduct a comprehensive review of the bid documents that substantially meet the requirements of the bidding documents, and determine the service providers of the project according to the comprehensive score ranking (the tenderee has the right to adjust and determine the number of final service providers according to the actual situation). After becoming the service provider of the project of Bank of China Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch, it shall undertake to meet the requirements of this project of Bank of China Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch in accordance with the technical requirements set forth in this document within the service period, otherwise the tenderee has the right to The term terminates the contract and does not burden the relevant economic losses and legal liabilities. The tenderer does not promise to award the actual purchase contract of the short-listed supplier within the validity period of the supply, and does not promise the total amount of the procurement contract granted during the year.
Third, qualified bidders
1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person who is legally registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China and is capable of providing the equipment and services for this purchase;
2) An independent legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China with a registered capital of 1 million yuan or more, which is in compliance with national laws and regulations, and has passed the industrial and commercial tax registration and passed the annual inspection;
3) The bidder must purchase the bidding documents from the bidding agency and register for the record. The potential bidders who have not purchased the bidding documents from the bidding agency and registered for the record are not eligible to participate in the bidding;
4) Pass the ISO9000 series quality management system certification;
5) If the goods are produced or owned by the bidder, they must provide the certificate issued by China Optical Optoelectronics Industry Association and the relevant test report of the bidding product;
6) If the goods are not produced or owned by the bidder, the original manufacturer and/or the owner of the sales right shall provide the bidder with the official distribution certificate or authorization to distribute the goods, and the original manufacturer of the optical optoelectronics industry association of China shall issue the certificate. Certificate and relevant test report of the bidding product;
7) In the past three years (2007, 2008, 2009), the domestic financial service industry has the same success stories as the project; (requires a copy of the contract and other relevant supporting documents);
8) Bidders must promise that the products they invest in meet the relevant laws and regulations of the Beijing Municipal Administration Commission when they are put into use, fully meet the needs of the tenderers of the project and ensure the smooth completion of the project.
9) This project does not accept bidding in the form of a consortium;
10) The Bidder shall not directly or indirectly associate with the Buyer or any of its affiliates entrusted by the Project.
