4. Engineering installation and commissioning

Pay attention to the following points during the installation process:
Power supply equipment
The power supply voltage should be consistent with the voltage indicated by the luminaire. It is important to note that the input power supply is DC or communication, and the power supply line should be equipped with matching leakage and overload maintenance switches to ensure the reliability of the power supply.
2. Waterproof question
When LED Lamps are installed in the field, it is necessary to do a good job of waterproofing the goods. Look carefully at the parts that can enter the water, especially the line joint orientation. LED lamps are equipped with male and female connectors. When the lamps are connected in series, first fix the waterproof ring device of the male and female connectors, then dock the male and female connectors, and conclude that the male and female connectors have been inserted into the bottom and then firmly lock the nut. When there are lighting devices such as shining, chasing, animation, subtitles, etc., the power supply male and female connections and the signal male and female connections must be separated.
3. Strengthen the inspection of goods
After the product is unpacked, you should carefully check whether the lamp housing is damaged. If it is damaged, do not light the LE D lamp and adopt the necessary correction or replacement.
4. Strictly control the number of lamps connected.
For extendable LED luminaires, pay attention to the maximum number of extensions that can be extended, without excessive splicing devices and applications, otherwise the controls or luminaires will be burned.
