The reason for the above problem is that the heat generated by the LED embedded in the tip end portion of the original LED point source UV irradiation device is hard to be dissipated. In this regard, the oxtail motor adopts a method of embedding the LED into the body of the device, and directing the light emitted by the LED with the optical fiber to illuminate the tip end portion. At this time, in order to efficiently use UV light, the light emitted from the LED is efficiently introduced into the optical fiber by an autonomous optical design, and the high-efficiency liquid optical fiber is used to efficiently guide the light to the tip of the optical fiber. As a result, the life of the LED is extended by a factor of two, and the illuminance decay rate is improved from about 15% to 3%. It is said that the end portion of the illumination can be completely eliminated from the heat sink.
