According to foreign media reports, the Global Mobile Suppliers Association (Global Mobile Suppliers AssociaTIon, GSA) recently released the "LTE Ecosystem Status" report that 48 manufacturers have announced the launch of 197 LTE user terminals.
The number including LTE smartphones, operators and spectrum conversion has tripled in the past three months. Among them, more than 118 LTE terminals also support HSPA technology.
About 248 operators in 87 countries are currently investing in LTE technology. About 185 operators in 66 countries have confirmed the deployment of commercial LTE networks, and there are 63 pre-deployed LTE technology test networks or test networks in 21 other countries that are being evaluated.
Currently, 35 operators in almost 21 countries have launched commercial LTE networks.
