introduction

In Japan, fieldbus CC-Link technology has been widely used in air-conditioning production industries. 1 Air conditioning production line production process introduction The commercial air conditioning production line has a total of 6 assembly lines (three indoor units, three outdoor units), respectively, for air conditioning production assembly of different power. 2 Implementation of measurement and control system

2.2 System function: (1) Network, the whole monitoring system adopts CC-Link field bus, which can transmit the field data to the main station for management at high speed. (2) The main station and the substation use a Mitsubishi A series PLC to manage the CC-Link network, and send the data to the upper PC for analysis and send the commands issued by the central control room to the field substation (FX). (3) PC unit, PC and main station complete communication and data exchange through RS232 module. In the PC, the quality data (upper and lower limit parameters) and the product bar code correspondence table of all products are stored, as well as the online measurement parameter library of the offline products for retrieval at any time. The PC transmits the operation command to the slave station via the master station PLC to perform the operation, and the slave station transmits the control working state to the PC through the master station PLC. The PC drives the dynamic display through the multimedia card, and displays the information of all the working states (on, off, and alarm) in the workshop for the operator to monitor. The PC receives the alarm and stop line information and immediately prints the fault information and time. Statistical downtime. And use the sound card to drive the speaker for voice prompts. Leak detection bar code, therefore, to ensure a large number of systems For data transmission, we consider that the parameter acquisition and control of each air conditioner is done by a CC-Link substation. We use a sliding rail to replace the shielded twisted pair for electrical connection. So that all air conditioners to be tested can run on a fixed track. The above parameter measurement values ​​communicate with the commodity inspection substation via CC-Link.

1.1 The system hardware connection adopts shielded twisted pair connection, which is convenient for wiring and makes the wiring in the electric control box simpler and clearer, saving wiring and space.

1.2 Communication configuration parameters only need to be set on the master station, and Mitsubishi's CC-Link configuration software can be used for parameter registration without programming, which speeds up the system debugging process.

2 system performance

2.1 After adopting CC-Link technology, the link data is scanned to reach 10Mbps, so that the field data is quickly transmitted to the main station for control.

3 Simple maintenance

3.1 In the commodity inspection system, since each air conditioner on the line is independently detected, the drop of each PLC substation cannot affect the operation of other stations.

CC-Link's substation cut-off function and auto-recovery function are very good for this.

3.2 Through the GPPW (Mitsubishi PLC programming software) and configuration software, the information of all stations can be displayed on the screen to help the operator diagnose the fault.
