Currently, the Qianjiang tunnel has completed the installation of 4160 meters of unilateral (1) LED lamp on the west line. The installation of LED lights on the other side of the line has also been completed 3,500 meters, accounting for 46% of the entire amount of installation of the tunnel led lighting, running in good condition.

The Qianjiang Tunnel LED lighting segment includes light transition lighting, dark buried lighting and round tunnel lighting. In view of the 24-hour uninterrupted lighting characteristics of the tunnel, the tunnel uses a green, efficient, long-life LED light source that contributes to energy conservation and environmental protection. Qianjiang Tunnel LED lighting quality standards are high. Since the technical specifications for LED high-power lighting for tunnels have not yet been formed at home and abroad, Qianjiang Tunnel invites four domestic well-known LED lighting manufacturers to continue uninterrupted within 200 meters of the tunnel (on December 19, 2011). The lighting comparison was conducted 24 hours a day between June 19, 2012 and 18 routine illumination tests, brightness tests, and comparison tests, and the manufacturer with the best lighting effect was selected to ensure the quality of tunnel lighting equipment. .

After testing, it is estimated that the LED lighting of Qianjiang Tunnel can effectively reduce the maintenance cost of the lighting system, reduce the environment and light pollution, and establish a tunnel lighting environment with high quality, high efficiency, economy, comfort and safety. Saving 247 kWh per year, saving 1.8 million yuan in electricity bills, with significant economic benefits. At the same time, the annual emission of pollutants such as carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide can be reduced by 2462 tons, 74.1 tons and 37.05 tons respectively, which will also greatly improve the ecological environment of the tunnel.

Qianjiang tunnel LED lighting demonstration is of great significance.
