On November 6th, some media reported that "users have purchased defective Sharp TV products with LCD-50NX100A and LCD-45SF460A models." With the principle of being responsible for Sharp's global users, RichConnect.com, as a Sharp China distributor, now declares the relevant conditions as follows:
I. Regarding the "user suing Sharp TV makers", as of now, neither the manufacturer nor our company has received relevant notices or legal documents from the court on this matter; consumers have not disassembled the machines or any of them without warning Parts, or unauthorized adjustments to the machine or any part of it, are not in compliance with the safe operating practices of the machine. It is obviously unfair and unreasonable to attribute product liability to the manufacturer accordingly.
2. Before entering into the market, all Sharp TV products have undergone rigorous product quality testing and have obtained the China National Compulsory Product Certification issued by the China Quality Certification Center. In August 2017, the AQSIQ product quality inspection, LCD-45SF460A Sharp TV test results are qualified products. In addition, the LCD-50NX100A and the LCD-45SF460A are all of qualified quality in the tests conducted by the Beijing 3rd National Radio and TV Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Beijing Terent Detection Technology Services Co., Ltd.).
For the current distorted reports on the Internet that have not been verified by facts and based only on unilateral information, they are false fabrications and disseminate false facts. There is no factual basis and Sharpe has severely damaged Sharp's commodity reputation, brand image and market order.
