The hard disk model "SSD-13000M", 2.5-inch standard model, 15 mm thickness, weight 160 grams, using its own proprietary master, unknown manufacturers of 15nm MLC NAND flash memory particles, the interface is SATA 6Gbps, supports SMART, TRIM, garbage collection , Power consumption less than 3W standby, read and write less than 6.5W, warranty for three years.

Performance, continuous reading and writing up to 580MB/s, 520MB/s, is still very good, and the official said that with the support of enterprise-level stability and performance consistency of their own master, the long-term performance stability of the hard disk is also very good, Will not fall off.

Random performance was not announced, but due to the use of small DRAM buffers for page table mapping, the actual performance will be lower than the current smaller capacity products.

Fixstars also made it clear that the hard disk is optimized for continuous read-write applications, suitable for NAS/SAN network storage, streaming media services, CG/VFX graphics processing, video transcoding, and so on, but not for ordinary desktop loads.

At the same time, there is also a 10TB model "SSD-10000M", except for the smaller capacity and other exactly the same as above.

Prior to this, Fixstars also released SSD-6000M 6TB, SSD-3000M 3TB models, but still use 19nm MLC flash memory, read and write performance up to 540MB/s, 520MB/s, but the advantage is that the thickness is only 9.5mm, weight 97g .
