3.1 Qualifications: Postqualification

3.2 Eligibility requirements:

(1) Having been registered by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, it has an independent legal personality; in the business scope of the business license, there are property management license items.

(2) Qualification Grade 2 and above qualifications of property service companies issued by the competent administrative department;

(3) It has a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system. It is in good operating condition and has not been ordered to suspend business, assets have been taken over, frozen, or bankrupted.

(4) There was no unqualified record in the credit information of the contractor of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd.

(5) The project does not accept bids from the Consortium.

4, bid registration and bidding documents acquisition
