**Foreword**
With the rapid growth in vehicle ownership, there is a growing demand for high-quality spare parts, skilled technicians, and professional automotive maintenance services. As the auto repair market expands, enterprises are increasingly looking for innovative solutions to meet this demand. This has led to the development of car anatomical models in China, which are becoming an essential tool in both education and training. These models provide a detailed visual representation of internal engine components, helping students and professionals better understand the mechanical and electronic systems of modern vehicles.
The physical car anatomical model is constructed using the original engine from a customer-specified model. By disassembling the engine, the internal structure and relative positions of all major components become clearly visible. Key parts that can be revealed include the cylinder, piston, camshaft, gears, intake and exhaust valves, spark plugs, fuel injectors, intake and exhaust manifolds, generator, oil pump, water pump with temperature control, and throttle body, among others.
**One. Configuration:**
The model includes a complete vehicle (engine, chassis, electrical system), three-phase motor, drive belt, reducer, safety shield, and more.
**Two. Main Technical Parameters:**
1. Major components such as the engine, transmission, steering gear, and drive axle are processed on-site to demonstrate the internal and external structures of key systems.
2. High-precision machining is applied to mechanical sections, with cut surfaces painted in different colors to enhance visibility and understanding.
3. A three-phase motor drives the reducer, which in turn rotates the engine crankshaft at low speed, simulating the entire power transmission process from the engine to the wheels.
4. A safety shield is installed on the drive section to ensure safe operation.
The car’s physical model is color-coded to highlight its structural layers, making it easier to grasp complex mechanical relationships.
