Foreword
The set of holiday lighting is a large export product of China. It is specially used for the decoration of festive festivals. In recent years, the product categories have been continuously updated, and many products that have passed international safety certification have appeared. The original inspection procedures have not covered the inspection of these new products. In order to better adapt to the new situation of exporting set of holiday lighting inspections, and provide a unified basis for the inspection of export sets of holiday lighting, this standard is specially formulated.
This standard is in accordance with GB/T1.1-1993 "Standardization Work Guide Unit 1: Standard Drafting and Expression Rules Part 1: Standards for Standards", and refer to UL 588 "Christmas Tree and Complete Decorative Lighting Equipment" ( 17th Edition) and IEC 598-1:1993 "General Requirements and Tests for Luminaires", the corresponding structure and method of SN/T 0241-1993 "Exports Regulations for Exporting Small Holiday Light Strings" have been revised accordingly.
This standard replaces SN/T 0241-1993 from the date of implementation.
Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are appendices to the standard.

1 Scope
This standard stipulates the sampling, inspection and inspection results of exporting complete sets of holiday lighting.
This standard is applicable to the inspection of export-oriented holiday lighting with rated voltage not more than 250v and rated power not more than 200w.

3 definition
This standard uses the following definition.
3.1 Controller
Controls the switch, light-dark or moving electrical components of a set of holiday lighting, which can be acoustically produced.
3.2 Flash bubble
A light bulb that controls the light string to be off.
3.3 subbubble
A light bulb that cannot be flashed separately.
3.4 dead bubble
A light bulb that does not glow.
3.5 first flash time
When the power is turned on, the flash bubble changes from the bright state to the first flashing time.
I6 set of holiday lighting
Electrical device with a certain shape and pattern, with lighting or other decorative effects. It can be a combination of a string or string of lights, a trim and a controller.
3.7 Lamp defect rate
The percentage of light bulbs that are not illuminated in each set of lighting and the total number of light bulbs in the set under normal operating conditions.
I8 inspection lot
The unit of the same variety, the same specification, and the unit produced under the same production conditions for the purpose of sampling inspection are called inspection batches, referred to as batches.
