The company's operating department purchased more than 1200 different types of Philips bulbs at the price of imported genuine products. Each unit price ranged from 168 to 170 yuan, totaling 200,400 yuan, and all the goods were paid.
After delivery, he found that the light bulb used was yellow and the color was not correct. On June 14, 2008, he randomly sampled some of the products and sent them to the Beijing Office of Philips (China) Investment Co., Ltd. for testing. The samples were identified as counterfeit Philips products. Accordingly, Mr. Liu concluded that the remaining bulbs are counterfeit imported Philips products. Mr. Liu believes that Nite Huaheng Company constitutes fraud by sub-charging behavior and has caused huge economic losses to it. Therefore, the lawsuit requires double compensation. At present, the case is under further investigation.
