Regarding the intellectual property issues of core chips, Yang Qiangwen said that due to the constraints of development time and investment, the current domestic chips still have a problem of high cost. Since they have not been widely and fully applied, the reliability needs to be improved and improved. It is expected that before 2015, China will be able to master the independent intellectual property rights of the core chips of Beidou system, and its performance is close to the international level during the same period.
